Work

Documented as it lands. Not before.

We're new. Rather than fill this page with anonymous logos and invented percentages, here is the standard every entry has to meet, and the first one in progress.

In progress

First case study, live now

We're documenting an active engagement as it runs. It goes up when the client has signed off and there is a number attached to it, not a week earlier.

01 The standard

What every entry on this page will carry

If a case study can't fill all five, it doesn't go up. This is the rule, published, so you can hold us to it.

01 The named process

Not "finance automation". The actual process, the systems it crosses, the volume it runs at.

02 What was breaking

The failure mode before we arrived, in the words the team used, including what they had already tried.

03 The guardrails we set

Tolerances, escalation points, and what we deliberately left to a human. The interesting part.

04 One real number

Hours, cycle time, or exception rate. Measured before and after, by the client, not by us.

05 What we got wrong

Every build has a week where something misfires. It goes in the write-up.

02 Notes

One idea per post, drawn from real work

DRAFTING

Why most AI pilots die in the demo

The demo runs on the happy path. The process is 40% exceptions. Nothing about the pilot tells you what happens on day two.

DRAFTING

Tolerance is the whole design

An agent is only as safe as the number a human set for it. How we run that conversation in week two.

DRAFTING

The handover is the product

If your team can't change the escalation rule without calling us, we built the wrong thing.
